About Me

I've always been drawn to understanding how people work, from moments of growth to the experiences of everyday life. That curiosity naturally drew me to psychology, which I pursued in my undergraduate studies alongside minors in marketing and management.

As my studies progressed, that curiosity became increasingly focused on the workplace. I became especially interested in what makes people feel supported, motivated, and connected at work, particularly given how much of life is spent there. Through studying psychology, I gained a deeper understanding of how people perform, collaborate, and find meaning day-to-day, and I saw how essential clarity, structure, and support truly are.

That people-focused mindset drives my work today. In my current roles, I design and implement people-focused systems such as onboarding experiences, performance processes, and organizational programs that bring clarity and consistency to how teams operate. I focus on building structures that help people feel capable, supported, and connected so they can do their best work, which is what ultimately led me to pursue my master's in industrial-organizational psychology.

Systems, Structure & Operational Foundations

I build people-first programs that make work feel meaningful, connected, and engaging. From onboarding through recognition and culture design, I focus on ensuring employees feel supported from day one.

People Experience & Culture

I create the processes, frameworks, and workflows that bring clarity, consistency, and accountability to fast-moving teams. Review cycles, policies, SOPs, compensation structures, and everything that keeps a company running smoothly.

Performance, Development & Enablement

I design the tools and systems that help people grow and perform at their best. This includes performance reviews, goal-setting frameworks, leveling guides, competency models, and manager enablement.

HR Strategy & Compliance

I manage the day-to-day and long-term People Ops functions that support both the organization and its employees. Policies, state registrations, benefits, onboarding, employee relations, payroll are all handled with clarity and care.

Company-Wide Onboarding Program

Designed and launched a comprehensive onboarding experience that integrates culture, role clarity, expectations, and early support. This program created a consistent scalable, and engaging first-week journey for all new hires.

Quarterly Performance Review System

Built a complete performance management framework, including self-assessment, manager reviews, KPI alignment, SMART goals, timelines, training, and automated workflows, ensuring clarity, accountability, and growth across all departments.

Culture Club & Employee Engagement Programs

Created remote-friendly culture initiatives like monthly games, peer recognition threads, newsletters, and cross-team connection rituals that strengthen community and belonging in a distributed environment.

Compensation & Job Structure Frmework

Developed salary bands, leveling guides, role charters, and promotion pathways using market data and organizational strategy. This created transparency, fairness, and a scalable foundation for talent decisions.

HR + Finance Operational Infrastructure

Streamlined People Ops and Finance processes, including vendor onboarding, AP/AR workflows, state registrations, project codes, and compliance programs, establishing clear, repeatable systems that support business growth.

Travel is a big part of my life. I love exploring different cultures, learning new perspectives, and seeing how people live in places far from my own. It keeps me curious, open-minded, and inspired.

Hobbies

I also love anything active and outdoors, from paddleboarding and hiking to snowboarding and wake surfing, and everything in between. I enjoy long walks as well, especially with my dog, in peaceful places like the beach or the mountains. Being outside is where I feel the most grounded and energized.
